How We Help You Develop as a New Hire at Supernova
SAP Certification
At Supernova, we offer various career paths based on business software solutions, particularly in areas like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, Human Capital Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Data Analytics. Depending on your background and skills, we will assign you to the team that aligns with your expertise and interests. As part of your onboarding journey, one of the first milestones is becoming an official SAP-certified consultant.
Supporting Customers
Your development doesn’t stop with certification. After achieving SAP certification, you will begin working on tasks related to existing customers who need support. This phase of your journey will expose you to a wide range of cases, strengthening your skills in different areas. You will also shadow senior team members to understand how we approach customer challenges and communicate solutions effectively. As you continue to grow, the senior level path requires you to act independently, without guidance, and take full ownership of tasks. From there, you can progress to roles such as team leader or project leader, where you'll be responsible for leading teams or entire projects. In these roles, your leadership and ability to develop your team members will become key to your success.
The final stage of your career progression is the manager level. At this stage, you are considered an expert in your field, with substantial experience across multiple projects. You will be expected to act as a role model for others, providing guidance and mentoring to junior staff, while taking strategic responsibility for your team’s development and the overall direction of projects.
