This project phase was completed in 12 weeks, enabling a seamless transformation of the company’s financial and logistics operations for two of Stoli Group's main entities in the US and Cyprus.
Following Stoli Group's strategic decision to migrate from SAP ECC ERP to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, the implementation focused on leveraging SAP best practices, innovation, and enhanced user experience, which were the key criteria in the selection process. The next phase is already underway, aiming to extend the solution with advanced financial management reporting, including group consolidation and spend management.

The new solution now supports global operations across financial management, procurement, warehousing, sales, and distribution, all powered by embedded analytics and automation.
